The 25th European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships were held in Baku for the second time.

The Silver medal was won in a Team Competition (Aliya Garayeva, Anna Gurbanova) at the European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Baku.

The Bronze medal was won by gymnast Anna Gurbanova in Final routine with a Ball at the European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Baku.

The Silver medal was won by an Azerbaijani Junior Team in Group Exercises (Sabina Abbasova, Nigar Abdusalimova, Yevgeniya Zhidkova, Ayelita Khalafova, Kamilla Mammadova and Lala Maharramova) in Final with 5 Ribbons at the European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Baku.

A re-election of AGF representative Nihad Hagverdiyev as a member of the FIG Disciplinary Commission within the framework of the FIG Council Meeting in Lillestrøm (Norway).
