At the World Cup in Acrobatic Gymnastics held in Rzeszów, Poland, our Mixed Pair consisting of Aghasif Rahimov and Raziya Seyidli were awarded with the FIG Cup based on the total score of the results achieved at the three World Cups they participated in during 2023.
The 1st Baku International Challenge in Gymnastics for All, dedicated to the 100th Anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, was successfully held in Baku.
At the Special Summer Olympics held in Berlin, Germany, Rhythmic gymnast Mehriban Taghiyeva won 1 Gold (Ball) and 3 Bronze (Clubs, Hoop and All-Around) medals for the first time in history of Azerbaijani Gymnastics.
