Based on the results of the Ministry of Youth and Sports’ "Best of 2023" survey, awards were presented in various gymnastics categories:
- Best Sports Federation of 2023: Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation
- Best Female Athlete of 2023: Zohra Agamirova (rhythmic gymnastics)
- Best Women's Team of 2023: Rhythmic Gymnastics Group Exercise Team (Gullu Agalarzade, Leman Alimuradova, Kamilla Aliyeva, Zeynab Hummetova, Yelizaveta Luzan, Darya Sorokina)
- Best Sports Club of 2023: Ocaq Sport Club
- Best Coach of 2023: 2nd place - Siyana Vasileva (rhythmic gymnastics)
- Best Male Athlete of 2023: 2nd place - Mikhail Malkin (tumbling)
- Best Sports Facility of 2023: 2nd place - National Gymnastics Arena
- Best Men's Team of 2023: 3rd place - Men's Tumbling Team (Tofiq Aliyev, Mikhail Malkin, Adil Hajizada, Elnur Mammadov)
Athletes who finished in the top ten of the 2023 rankings included the rhythmic gymnastics group exercise team members, Zohra Agamirova (rhythmic gymnastics), and Nikita Simonov (artistic gymnastics).
