At the World Cup in acrobatic gymnastics held in Rzeszów, Poland, our mixed pair consisting of Agasif Rahimov and Raziya Seyidli were awarded the FIG Cup based on their highest cumulative results from the three World Cups they participated in during 2023.
The 1st Baku International “Challenge” in Gymnastics for All, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, was successfully held in Baku.
At the Special Summer Olympics held in Berlin, Germany, for the first time in the history of Azerbaijani gymnastics, rhythmic gymnast Mehriban Taghiyeva won 1 gold (ball) and 3 bronze (clubs, hoop, and all-around) medals.
