Azerbaijan hosted the 15th European TeamGym Championship for the first time.

Natalia Bulanova, Technical Director of Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation, was re-elected as member of the Rhythmic Gymnastics Technical Committee of the International Gymnastics Federation. 

At the "Bahrain-2024 Gymnasiade Sports Games" in Manama, Bahrain, aerobic gymnast Maryam Topcubashova won the Bronze Medal, while the Rhythmic Gymnastics Team in Group Exercises won the Silver. In the Rhythmic Gymnastics All-Around category, Shams Agahuseynova secured Silver and Bronze Medals and Sofiya Mammadova won the Bronze. Additionally, in individual exercises, Sofia Mammadova won the Gold and Silver Medals.
