From August 7 to 17, at the World Games held in Chengdu, China, our men’s pair in acrobatic gymnastics — Murad Rafiyev and Daniel Abbasov won a silver medal in the mixed exercises program. Our representative in tumbling, Tofig Aliyev, won a silver medal, while the aerobic gymnastics mixed pair, Madina Mustafayeva and Vladimir Dolmatov, also secured a silver medal.

Tofig Aliyev achieved a historic result at the competition by successfully performing a difficult element on the tumbling track a triple salto combined with a triple twist.
