The 29th Azerbaijan Championship among Age Categories & Baku Championship in Acrobatic Gymnastics
About competition
In the period between the FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup, which we left behind last week, and the force coming European Cup, Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation concentrates its attention at the national competitions again. Thus, the 29th Azerbaijan Championship among Age Categories & Baku Championship in Acrobatic Gymnastics will be held on April 25 & 26.
In total, 71 gymnasts from Baku Gymnastics School, “Ojaq” Sports Club, Neftchi Sports Club & Specialized Children-Youth Gymnastics School of Olympic Reserves No.13 will take part in the Republican tournament.
During these two-day competition, Women's Pairs (Children - 2008-2013; Youngsters 2009-2018), Men's Pairs (Seniors - 2009 and older), Mixed Pairs (Seniors - 2009 and older), Women's Groups (Children - 2008-2013; Pre-juniors - 2006-2012, Juniors - 2005-2010; Seniors - 2009 and older) & Men’s Groups (Pre-juniors - 2006-2012; Seniors - 2009 and older) will compete for medals in the Balance, Dynamic & Combined Exercises.
