The Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation has officially launched the “Volunteers Program” as part of the preparatory work for the Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships (November 18–21) and the World Age Group Competitions (November 25-28), both scheduled to be held in Baku in November 2021.

Selected volunteers will have the opportunity to actively participate in these international events, improve their language skills, and gain valuable experience and knowledge in the organization of sporting competitions.

To ensure high-quality involvement of volunteers, training sessions and seminars will be organized. These will cover general information about gymnastics events, competition regulations, and an introduction to the services within the National Gymnastics Arena. Volunteers will also be trained in the specific functional areas in which they will be involved.

During international events organized by the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation, volunteers will be engaged across a variety of departments, including event operations, media services, accreditation, team support, awarding ceremonies, medical services, technical assistance, transportation, and more.
