Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation Public Union (AGF), for the purposes of implementing international best practices, enhancing disciplinary regulations in the field of sports, and ensuring a safe sporting environment, hereby announces the commencement of the selection process for members of the Federation’s Disciplinary Commission.
With the objective of ensuring that the enforcement of disciplinary rules, protection of the individual, and decision-making processes are managed objectively, impartially, and in accordance with international standards, AGF invites independent professionals possessing the relevant qualifications, professional skills, and experience to apply for candidacy.
Following the review of selected applicants, their candidacies shall be submitted to the next General Assembly of the Federation for final approval.
Requirements for Candidates:
• Higher legal education (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent);
• A minimum of 5 years of general professional experience;
• Proficiency in the application of legal norms and knowledge of ethical conduct standards;
• Commitment to the principles of responsibility, objectivity, impartiality, confidentiality, and high ethical standards;
• Ability to work in a team, manage documentation, and participate in analytical and decision-making processes.
Preferred qualifications:
• Submission of documents (certificates, etc.) verifying experience in dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, disciplinary proceedings, or related fields;
• Knowledge and practical experience in Sports Law;
• Prior experience in serving on commissions or collegiate bodies.
