Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation Public Union (AGF), with the aim of implementing international best practices, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring transparency in sports-related decision-making processes, hereby announces the commencement of the selection process for members of the Appeals Commission to operate within AGF.
To ensure that the appellate review process is conducted objectively, impartially, and in accordance with international standards, AGF invites independent experts possessing relevant qualifications and professional skills to submit their candidacy. Following a review of the selected applicants, their candidacies will be submitted to the Federation’s next General Assembly for approval.

Candidate requirements:
•    Higher education in the field of Law;
•    A minimum of 5 years of general professional experience;
•    General knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and proficiency in drafting/handling legal documentation;
•    A firm commitment to the principles of impartiality, objectivity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct;
•    Ability to participate in collegial decision-making processes and formulate legally reasoned positions;
•    Analytical skills for the objective assessment of written applications, petitions, complaints, and evidence.

Desirable qualifications:
•    Knowledge and supporting documentation (certificates, etc.) regarding appellate procedures, grievance redressal, or dispute resolution;
•    Awareness of Sports Law and the regulatory requirements of international sports organizations.
