On December 12, members of the Rhythmic Gymnastics section of Absheron & Aghdash Olympic Sports Complexes visited our capital to participate in the training camp held at “Milli Gimnastika Arenasi” (National Gymnastics Arena). In total, 11 athletes from both teams are participating in the training camp, which will last until December 17. The purpose of organization of the training camp is the development of Gymnastics in the regions & strengthening the level of training of athletes.
It should be mentioned that the Rhythmic Gymnastics section has been operating at Absheron Olympic Sports Complex since 2021, while the Complex in Aghdash was put operation since 2015.
Within the framework of the development of Gymnastics in the regions, gymnasts representing different regions regularly participate in the training camp held in Baku.
