The successful candidate should possess at least 5-7 years of coaching experience, along with the following criteria:

• University degree in sports education;
• Previous experience working with a national team;  
• Strong motivation and commitment to achieving high performance results;
• Proven ability to work effectively with elite athletes;
• No record of safeguarding sanctions or ethical violations;
• Letter of recommendation from previous workplaces (highly desirable);
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

The selection process will consist of three stages:

1. Document review – evaluation of submitted materials (CV, reference letters, etc.);
2. Online interview – meeting with the shortlisted candidates; 
3. Practical assessment in Azerbaijan – testing and evaluation of invited candidates.
