Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation (AGF) is seeking an experienced and motivated coaches to join the Azerbaijani National Team in Rhythmic Gymnastics.

Requirements:

1. The ideal candidate should have at least 5–7 years of coaching experience and meet the following criteria:
2. University degree in sports education (Master’s degree or PhD is highly desirable);
3. Previous experience working with a national team (preferred);
4. Strong motivation and commitment to achieving high performance results;
5. Proven ability to work effectively with elite athletes;
6. No record of safeguarding sanctions or ethical violations;
7. Letter of recommendation from previous work experience (highly desirable);
8. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

The recruitment process will consist of three stages:
1. Document review – evaluation of submitted materials (CV, reference letters, etc.);
2. Online interview – meeting with shortlisted candidates;
3. Practical assessment in Azerbaijan – testing and evaluation of invited candidates.
