There has been taking place the 30^th Summer Universiade in the City of Napoli, Italy.

There were taken place the final competitions in Artistic Gymnastics in the tournament where 17 sport disciplines were represented. Azerbaijani female artistic gymnast - Marina Nekrasova won the Gold medal on Vault having received 14 points from the judges. It should be mentioned that 51 athletes from 28 countries participated at the events.

In the competitions of men`s artistic gymnasts, Ivan Tikhonov, competing in the All-Around, ranked 11^th (79.600 points).

Few days later, the Rhythmic Gymnastics events will start within the framework of the Universiade. Azerbaijan will be represented by Zohra Aghamirova at these competitions.
