On July 11, a masterclass led by Matteo Morandi, the bronze medalist at the London 2012 Olympic Games in artistic gymnastics, was held at the National Gymnastics Arena.

The masterclass was attended by members of Azerbaijan’s men’s artistic gymnastics national team. During the session, Matteo Morandi shared his extensive international competition experience with the young gymnasts, providing valuable insights into the technical execution of various gymnastics elements, the effective organization of the training process, and key principles of competition preparation.

Throughout the masterclass, participants learned about the importance of an individualized approach to training, proper technique, and the essential factors for achieving high-level performance. The gymnasts also had the opportunity to ask questions and benefit from the experience and expertise of a world-class athlete.
