There were held 2 Rhythmic Gymnastics International Tournaments – “Baltic Hoop” and “Riga Spring” in Latvia on March 30 & 31.

The members of the Azerbaijani National Team performed at both events. Among Seniors, Veronika Hudis managed to reach 2 finals at “Baltic Hoop” competition. As a result, our gymnast became the 8^th for both routines with clubs and a hoop. In the All-Around, Hudis ranked 10^th with 63.050 points while another representaive of Azerbaijan – Darya Sorokina  took the 13^th place (60.350).

At another competition taking place at same time with the tournament for Seniors, junior gymnasts competed for the medals as well.  At “Riga Spring” event Azerbaijani gymnasts executed their performances in 4 Finals. Thus, Narmina Samadova managed to receive 15.350 points form the judges for her ribbon routine and was awarded with the Bronze medal. Arzu Jalilova represented our country at other 3 Finals. Showing her best result with a rope,  Arzu completed the tournament at the 5^th place.
