From 9 to 13 July, an international women’s artistic gymnastics tournament was held in Ploiești, Romania. Azerbaijan was represented by Aynaz Majidzade, Leyla Mammadzade, and Lala Zamanli.

The Azerbaijani gymnasts delivered strong performances throughout the competition, securing three medals. Leyla Mammadzade won silver medals in both the floor exercise and balance beam events.

In the team competition, the Azerbaijani trio of Leyla Mammadzade, Aynaz Majidzade, and Lala Zamanli also demonstrated excellent teamwork and consistency, earning the bronze medal.
