The Azerbaijan senior group exercise team represented our country at the 42nd Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships, held in Frankfurt, Germany, from August 12 to 16.

Our team, consisting of Shams Muvaffagi, Ilaha Bahadirova, Alina Mammadova, Sofia Mammadova, Ilona Zeynalova, and Zahra Jafarova, competed in the 5 Balls and 3 Hoops & 2 Pairs of Clubs routines.

Our gymnasts scored 21.450 points in the 5 Balls routine and 20.450 points in the 3 Hoops & 2 Pairs of Clubs routine.

Based on the combined results of the two routines, our team finished in 28th place.
