What can you say about today’s masterclass?

First and foremost, being in Azerbaijan is always a great happiness for me, because I feel at home here. I received a very warm welcome during this visit as well. Meeting with the National Team athletes today has been a pleasure. I shared my training methods as much as I could. There are many talented athletes here who have the potential to achieve great success. I truly enjoyed training alongside them. At the same time, it’s a great honor for me that this masterclass serves as a motivation for them. When you have outstanding athletes with significant achievements in front of you, it inspires you to aim for even greater results.
They mentioned that they always watch Turkish athletes and are fond of our gymnasts, which made me very happy. I sincerely, hope they continue working hard and bring Azerbaijan remarkable achievements in the World and European Championships. Today, I told them never to give up and always work diligently. It was a joy to train with them and share my experience. I am very happy and grateful for this opportunity.

What are your thoughts about the National Gymnastics Arena?

I have competed at this arena several times before, and every time the people of Azerbaijan welcomed us warmly and enthusiastically.
There’s a new hall here now and we trained there as well. Having such an amazing arena, complete with facilities like sauna, training rooms and dedicated spaces for Artistic and Rhythmic gymnastics, is extraordinary. Such comprehensive gymnastics complexes are not always available, so your athletes are very lucky. Training at such a fantastic arena was truly exciting and inspiring.
