We are pleased to present our interview with Rene Starčević, the President of the Gymnastics Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

What can you say about the training process in Azerbaijan?
- First of all, thank you for the invitation and for giving us the opportunity to visit AGF. The conditions here are ideal. We are working hard and training intensively. The coaches are very professional.
Our girls spend most of their time here on the carpet, which will help each of them become better gymnasts.

This is not your first visit. You were here during the summer as well.
- Yes, this is our second visit. We came here in the summer. As a delegation from Bosnia and Herzegovina, we had an amazing experience.
Our girls took a day off to visit museums, explore the center of Baku and all of them expressed their desire to return here. We received an invitation from the coaches to come again and we definitely will. This is a beautiful country and a wonderful city.

What can you say about the new rules? Will they make things more difficult?
- Some might say that there are no significant changes, but in reality, the changes are considerable. We are discussing these new rules with the coaches to better understand what has changed, what is new and how we can adapt.

You have 10 athletes here. What are your main goals for the training sessions?
- Yes, we have 10 gymnasts here training in Azerbaijan. Our goal is to prepare for the European Championships and the World Championships for seniors. These are the most important competitions for us this year.
