We present to you an interview with Irina Kovalchuk, Head coach of the Rhythmic gymnastics national team of Kuwait.

How did your training camp go?
– We came here to improve our skills. The arena offers excellent conditions, and we love coming here.

With what emotions will you return home? What experiences did you gain here?
– We came here with our main team to prepare for the upcoming season. We aim to achieve more. Since we don’t have such teachers in Kuwait, we planned to take a few lessons from choreographers here. I hope that after these lessons, we will make significant progress.

What can you say about the National Gymnastics Arena?
– The arena is magnificent. Such an arena is probably every coach’s biggest dream. There are many gymnastics carpets here, and they are of very high quality. It made a great impression on us, and we are very happy to be here.

What can you say about our athletes?
– I watched the Summer Olympic Games. I am proud of your gymnasts — they delivered excellent performances.

Did you have a chance to explore the city?
– I love Baku. This is not my first visit to the city. I think I’ve seen quite a lot during my time here, and I really liked it.

Did you enjoy our cuisine?
– Absolutely, your cuisine is amazing.
