Interview with Jeni Kosi, Coach of Albania's Women's Artistic Gymnastics National Team

We present to your attention an interview with Jeni Kosi, the coach of Albania’s women’s artistic gymnastics national team.

Could you please tell us about the training camp you had in the capital of Azerbaijan?
– We are very happy to be here. This place is beautiful. It feels like a dream come true for us. We thank the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation (AGF) for the invitation.

Did you learn anything new here?
– Yes, we learned new elements here. Of course, performing them here is easier because the coaches are teaching us.

What can you say about the coaches?
– They are all very kind, they treat us well and communicate openly with us. I really appreciate that.

Could you tell us about your team participating in this training camp?
– Our training camp here will last ten days. In September, we’ll participate in the Balkan Championship. We are 11 people in total: 3 coaches and gymnasts.

Do you like the arena?
– It is the best, most beautiful, and largest I have seen. Athletes from other gymnastics disciplines also train here. You have great coaches and an excellent facility.

Have you explored the city yet?
– Yes, we have. I’m grateful to the federation for this opportunity. We saw beautiful buildings and noticed how clean the environment is. One day, I will come back here with my friends.
