We present to you an interview with Polish tumbling coach Sebastian Sundel. The interview took place during the Polish athletes’ training camp held in Baku.

How was your training camp in Azerbaijan?
– We came here for a ten-day training camp. We love training here with Azerbaijan’s strongest athletes and learning technical elements from them. I believe we were able to learn a lot from your coaches because you are among the best in the world in this sport. This is a great motivation for my athletes. The process is going well, although unfortunately, we have some injured athletes who couldn’t join us here.

Did you like the National Gymnastics Arena?
– The arena is excellent. You have equipment here that we don’t have in Poland. We are doing our best to succeed in tumbling. This is a great place for training.

Is this your first visit to Azerbaijan?
– No, this is my second time coming here. For my athletes, however, it’s their first visit — except for one, who participated in a competition with me three years ago.

Did you have a chance to explore Baku?
– You have a beautiful city, and the people are friendly and honest. They are caring and ready to help when needed. I think it’s a great place for tourists. When I return home, I will definitely recommend others to visit.
