The Vice-President of Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation, Altay Hasanov, has expressed his opinion to azerisport.com about the organization of the 30th Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championships held in Baku.

“This was the third European Championships hosted by Baku. We really did our best to have the EURO at a high level and achieved our goal. The championship was remembered not only with the high level of organization but also with the successes of our gymnasts. A young gymnast has become the silver medalist of the EURO and it shows that National Federation is on the right way. Gymnastics is developing in the country, so, there will be progress in future. We will make happy the fans with our successes. We always feel the support of the President of National Federation, Mehriban Aliyeva.”“By the way, I would like to mention that the European Championships became the first competition held at the National Gymnastics Arena. The European Games are waiting for us in 2015. Rivalry provoked within the national team, of course, is a pleasant fact for us. It advances the victories,” Hasanov said.
