The FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Cup is organized very professionally - a member of the FIG Technical Committee

It was stated by member of the Trampoline Gymnastics Technical Committee of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) - Tatiana Shuyska in her interview to Trend.
“As a Technical Delegate, I have been cooperated with the Local Organizing Committee in the last three months. Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation (AGF) has organized the competitions very professionally. The Local Organizing Committee always thoroughly studies all the rules and the volunteers are well prepared. I can say that the World Cup is organized at a high level, as always. I am very grateful to AGF for holding such competitions. We are expecting such organizers, we need such organizers,” - she mentioned.
Speaking about the level of training of Azerbaijani gymnast - Seljan Mahsudova, Tatiana Shuyska emphasized that she is a very strong athlete:
“She is a young, strong athlete. She has great opportunities and potential. I hope she will be able to fully realize herself at these competitions.”
A member of the Technical Committee in Trampoline Gymnastics emphasized that the format of the competitions has been changed due to release of new rules:
“This year, the athletes gained the opportunity which was not available previously in Trampoline Gymnastics. In the past, for example, if a gymnast fell, he was disqualified. Now in the Qualifications, he moves on to the next stage for the best result of his two performances”.
It should be mentioned that the FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Cup is held at “Milli Gimnastika Arenasi” (National Gymnastics Arena) in Baku on February 12 & 13. At these competitions, Azerbaijan is represented by the member of the National Team - Seljan Mahsudova.
About 60 athletes from 13 countries are participating in the first international competitions organized by AGF in 2022. The competitions are held in accordance with the new rules of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG).
According to the results of the two-day competition, the winners will be determined in the Individual program and synchronized competition between Men and Women. In addition, AGF Trophy Cup will be traditionally presented.
The competitions are held without participation of spectators with the special Authorization of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with the current quarantine rules and sanitary -  epidemiological requirements applied in our country.
