Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation announces the recruitment on “Volunteer Program – 2019” project with the purpose of organization of international competitions in Baku at high level next year.

Within the framework of the project, there will be organized several trainings, workshops and meetings connected with the organization of gymnastics events, competition procedures and other major organizational issues. The participants of this project, acting as volunteers both at national and international competitions to be hedl by the Federation, will improve their language skills and gain experience in organization of sport events and other fields. The main purpose of the project is to encourage the volunteer activity in Azerbaijan and to support the young people in getting knowledge and gaining experience.

Volunteers will work as persons accompanying the foreign delegations throughout the training and competition days, will be involved in the work of medical service, accreditation, competition management, secretariat, award ceremony, spectators service, press service and other areas.

During 2019, volunteers will have a chance to take part in the World Cups in Trampoline Gymnastics and Tumbling (February 16 & 17), Artistic Gymnastics (March 14-17) and Rhythmic Gymnastics (April 26-28), as well as European Championships in Rhythmic Gymnastics (on May 16-19) and Aerobic Gymnastics (on May 24-26), and, finally, in the World Championships in Rhythmic Gymnastics, along with the national events in gymnastics disciplines.
