The Belgian city of Puurs (Antwerp) hosted 2 events - the World Cup & the “Flanders Acro Cup” international tournament on April 6-9. Both competitions, in which Azerbaijani athletes participated in, has come to an end with the successful performances of our gymnasts. 
The members of the Azerbaijani National Team in Acrobatic Gymnastics, Mixed Pair consisting of Aghasif Rahimov & Raziya Seyidli represented our country within Mixed Pair at the World Cup. Justifying the expectations, they were awarded with the Silver medal in Combined Exercises. It was the second award at the World Cup for Aghasif & Raziya this season.
It should be mentioned that our gymnasts won the Gold medal at the first World Cup held in Portuguese Maia in March.
At the “Flanders Acro Cup” international tournament held in the same city, our Women’s Group consisting of Nazrin Zeyniyeva, Zahra Rashidova, Anahita Bashiri won the “Gold” in Combined Exercises at the first competition of this year.
