Graceful gymnasts compete for the title of Baku Champion

From May 25 to 27, the Baku Olympic Sports Complex hosted the next local competition in rhythmic gymnastics. This time, elegant gymnasts showcased their skills in the fight for the title of Baku Champion.

At the 28th edition of the Baku Championship, gymnasts representing Ojaq Sport Club, the Specialized Olympic Reserve Children-Youth Sports School, the Republican Complex Sports School, Grasiya Sports Club, the Aquatic Sports Palace, Zira Cultural Center, Shagan Olympic Sports Complex, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations Health & Sports Complex took part.

Over the 3-day competition, a total of 140 individual gymnasts - including youngsters (born in 2013, 2014, 2015), juniors (born in 2011-2012), and seniors (born in 2008-2010) - and 8 group teams (same age divisions) competed in various categories.

Winners were determined in all-around, team results, and individual apparatus finals.

The gymnasts, performing colorful and captivating routines before the judges, left a lasting impression with their confident performances and were warmly applauded by the audience.

At the end of this exciting competition, all-around champions were announced in individual, junior, and senior group categories, while both all-around and apparatus winners were determined among the youngest group teams.
