The 10th Baku Championship in Aerobic Gymnastics and the 31st Baku Championship in Acrobatic Gymnastics were successfully held at the National Gymnastics Arena on 29–30 May.

During the two-day event, nearly 150 gymnasts in aerobic gymnastics and around 120 gymnasts in acrobatic gymnastics demonstrated their skills, talent and dedication through impressive performances.

The athletes competed across the children, pre-junior, junior and youth age categories. In aerobic gymnastics, participants performed in individual, pair, trio and group events, while acrobatic gymnasts showcased their routines in pair and group disciplines.

The championship brought together athletes representing the Baku Gymnastics School, Neftchi Sports Club, Secondary School No. 13, and Ocaq Sport Club in acrobatic gymnastics, while Ocaq Sport Club was represented in aerobic gymnastics.

Among the participating teams, the gymnasts of the Baku Gymnastics School in acrobatic gymnastics and Ocaq Sport Club in aerobic gymnastics distinguished themselves with particularly successful performances.

At the conclusion of the competition, the winners were awarded medals and diplomas in recognition of their achievements.

The championship was marked by exciting and dynamic routines, reflecting not only the athletes’ technical abilities and artistic skills but also their determination, teamwork and sportsmanship. For many young gymnasts, the event served as an important platform to gain valuable competitive experience and take another step forward in their sporting development.

The competition also provided a valuable opportunity for a number of gymnasts to prepare for the upcoming International Tournament in Aerobic and Acrobatic Gymnastics, which will take place from 5 to 7 June in Baku.
