The 12th FIG Acrobatic Gymnastics World Age Group Competitions continues in Baku. On the first day of the competition, the Qualifications among men and women aged 12-18 has come to an end.
At the events, Men’s Pairs and Women’s Pairs demonstrated their performances in Balance exercises, while Mixed Pairs executed their Dynamic exercises. Men’s Groups performed Balance & Dynamic exercises and Women’s Groups - Dynamic exercises. 
The Azerbaijani representatives within Mixed Pair – Milana Aliyeva & Nizam Khamidulin have received 27.000 points from the judges in Dynamic exercises and ranked 4th. 
The Azerbaijani Men’s Pair – Rasul Seyidli & Ravan Zeynalli, Women’s Pair – Nazrin Gasimova & Khanim Mammadzada, and Women’s Group – Anahita Bashiri, Zahra Rashidova & Nazrin Zeyniyeva tested their strength at the Qualifications.
It should be mentioned that 438 athletes from 24 countries take part at the events which will last until March 6. 
On March 5, our representatives within Women`s Group – Leyla Bashirova, Nazrin Farmanova & Mansuma Mammadzada will join the competitions in the 13-19 age group.
The events are held without participation of spectators with the special Authorization of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with the current quarantine rules and sanitary-epidemiological requirements applied in our country.
