Today, the second day of the World Championships in rhythmic gymnastics has started at the “Olympiysky” Sports Complex. Azerbaijani gymnasts performed with a rope. Samira Mustfayeva received 25.55 points with this apparatus, and, according to the results of competitions’ two days, her total point is 50.95.

Anna Gurbanova’s performance was more successful. She received 26.2 points and after two days of competitions her total point constituted 52.65 points.

She was followed by Aliya Garayeva, who is deservedly considered as the Azerbaijani national team’s leader. She demonstrated a fiery composition and received 27.075 points. After two performances she has 54.35 points in total.

There will be finals (a rope and a hoop) in the evening, where Aliya Garayeva will perform.
