On December 12, 2025, the 51st meeting of the Executive Committee of Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation Public Union took place.

Within the framework of the meeting, reports were heard on the activities of the National Teams in Men’s and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Trampoline Gymnastics and Tumbling, Acrobatic Gymnastics, Aerobic Gymnastics, as well as Gymnastics for All. Head coaches and responsible officials of the respective disciplines presented to the members of the Executive Committee information on the work carried out in 2025, the results achieved at international and domestic competitions, and plans for the upcoming period.

At the same time, the Secretary General of Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation presented and discussed the activity report for 2025. Subsequently, a report on the activities of the Safeguarding Director was heard within the Executive Committee.

During the meeting, a draft of the proposed amendments to the Federation’s Charter was discussed. In addition, preliminary reviews were conducted of the draft Regulations of the Athletes’ Commission, amendments to AGF Disciplinary Rules, and the Rules on Ensuring a Safe Environment in Gymnastics and the Protection of Participants’ Personal Integrity.
The meeting also addressed issues related to determining the date of the 16th General Assembly of Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation Public Union and the members of the Mandate Commission, as well as discussing the selection criteria for the national teams for 2026.

Furthermore, relevant decisions were adopted regarding the awarding of athletes and coaches who achieved high results at major competitions.

The 51st meeting of the Executive Committee concluded its work with the discussion of other items on the agenda.
