On March 3, 2026, the 54th meeting of the Executive Committee of  Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation was held.

According to the agenda, the list regarding the rewarding of clubs and sports organizations represented by gymnasts who were called up to National Teams in various gymnastics disciplines for the first time in 2026, as well as their personal coaches, was discussed and approved. A report on safeguarding and the protection of individuals to ensure a safe environment was also presented.

In accordance with the Statute adopted at the General Assembly of AGF on February 16, 2026, the Regulations of the “Athletes’ Commission” were approved.

During the meeting, Ms. Nurlana Mammadzada was reappointed as Secretary General for the period following this year’s General Assembly, which had an electoral nature. Over the past year, these responsibilities had been entrusted to Ms. Fatima Shafizada.
