Our national Men’s Artistic Gymnastics team participated in a training camp in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, from January 18 to February 4. Additionally, on February 2, they attended an event dedicated to Azerbaijani Youth Day at the Azerbaijan Cultural House in Tashkent. The gymnasts first paid tribute to the cherished memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, after which the event continued according to the planned program.

Year by year, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan continue to strengthen their friendly relations. This friendship has also contributed to the mutual cooperation between the gymnastics federations of both countries. Uzbek gymnasts regularly participate in international tournaments held in Azerbaijan and conduct training camps in Baku. At various times, athletes from Uzbekistan specializing in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Artistic Gymnastics, Trampoline Gymnastics and Tumbling have visited Azerbaijan for training camps.
