The FIG “Gymnastics for All” Colloquium, held in our capital from April 2 to 4, concluded successfully. A total of 52 representatives from 39 different countries came together at this prestigious event to engage in valuable discussions on the future development, inclusivity and social impact of gymnastics.

In line with the colloquium’s program, participants took part in panel discussions, group work and practical sessions on topics such as new regulations and development strategies in the field of gymnastics, the impact of gymnastics on different age groups, ways to enhance inclusivity and the requirements for international level events.

Following the sessions, participants enjoyed a city tour, discovering the beautiful sights of Baku. They also visited the National Gymnastics Arena, where they became acquainted with the arena’s facilities, watched special performances prepared by gymnasts and gathered for a dinner organized in the park of the arena.

The FIG “Gymnastics for All” Colloquium continued to contribute to the global development of the sport by addressing key issues in the gymnastics community. Baku once again showcased its hospitality by successfully hosting an international sporting event.
