The Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup Challenge took place on June 19–21 in Beijing, China, bringing together some of the world's strongest gymnasts.

Azerbaijan was represented by the group exercise team consisting of Ilona Zeynalova, Zahra Jafarova, Shams Muvaffaqi, Ilaha Bahadirova, Alina Mammadova, and Sofia Mammadova, as well as individual gymnasts Fidan Gurbanli and Kamilla Seyidzade.

Competing with the 5 balls routine, the Azerbaijani group exercise team scored 22.550 points in the qualification round to secure a place in the final. In the final, the team improved its performance, earning 22.600 points and finishing in 6th place.

In the individual competition, Kamilla Seyidzade qualified for the clubs final, where she concluded the competition in 8th place.
