The excitement of the Rhythmic gymnastics World Cup has come to an end

The Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup and AGF Trophy, a competition of great importance for Rhythmic gymnasts, has officially concluded. Held from April 18 to 20 at the National Gymnastics Arena, the “Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup, AGF Trophy” brought together 65 individual gymnasts and 14 group teams from 38 countries, all competing for victory. Throughout the competition, athletes showcased their elegance, flexibility and technical mastery in both individual and group exercises. The finals in various apparatus categories featured intense and captivating performances. Azerbaijan was represented in the individual program by gymnasts Kamilla Seyidzada and Zahra Jafarova. Unfortunately, they were unable to achieve their desired results on home soil.
At the end of the World Cup, the winners were determined by an international panel of judges and awarded medals and gifts. In addition, the AGF Trophy was presented to the athletes with the highest execution scores in the qualification rounds. Among individual gymnasts, the trophy was awarded to Daria Varfolomeev of Germany, while the Bulgarian group team received the trophy in the group category. During the event, our mascots Jilli and Tilli engaged the audience with entertaining contests and provided motivation to the gymnasts before their performances.

Thus, the 9th Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup held in our country was remembered with joy and memorable moments.

Congratulations to all the victorious gymnasts!
