There was held the European Athletics Young Leaders Forum within the framework of the multi-sport European Championships in Munich (Germany) on August 19-21.
In total, the Forum was attended by 130 young delegates representing various sports including 6 Gymnastics disciplines (Rhythmic Gymnastics, Aerobic Gymnastics, Acrobatic Gymnastics, Men’s & Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, Trampoline Gymnastics). At the event, our country was represented by coach of the Azerbaijani National Team, member of the Athletes’ Commission of the International Gymnastics Federation - Siyana Vasileva selected by the European Gymnastics to represent Rhythmic Gymnastics (FIG). 
Forum program featured guest presenters, skills development workshops, examples of projects already completed by young leaders and group discussions in which the participants exchange views on design, delivery and share the results of their projects and activities.
