The 3rd FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics Junior World Championships were held in Sofia, Bulgaria, from June 18 to 22. Our country was represented by individual gymnasts Shams Aghahuseynova, Fidan Gurbanli, Azada Atakishiyeva, Ilaha Bahadirova, and the junior group exercises team consisting of Roya Alikishiyeva, Nazrin Salmanli, Nazrin Abdullayeva, Shams Muvaffagi, and Ayan Nasirova.

Azada Atakishiyeva qualified for the final with a score of 24.000 in the Hoop program, while Fidan Gurbanli made it to the final in the Clubs program with a score of 24.800. However, they were unable to place among the medalists.

Although our gymnasts strived to perform at a high level during the competition, unfortunately, they were unable to achieve any podium finishes this time.
