Cairo (Egypt) hosted the Pharaoh’s Cup international tournament in Rhythmic Gymnastics on June 9-11, 2023.  Our country was represented by members of the Azerbaijani National Team in Rhythmic Gymnastics - Nuray Ahmadzada & Shams Aghahuseynova (Individual program) and Junior Team in Group Exercises consisting of Govhar Ibrahimova, Sakinakhanim Ismayilzada, Madina Aslanova, Ilaha Bahadirova, Ayan Sadigova & Zahra Jafarova at the competition.  Members of our Team in Group Exercises, who won 2 Bronze medals at the last European Championships, distinguished themselves at this competition as well. They won the “Silver” with 5 Ropes & 5 Balls. Our individual gymnast - Nuray Ahmadzada won the Bronze medal with a Ribbon.
