Azerbaijan was represented by Amina Mustafayeva, Ayan Aghayeva, Farid Jafarov, Tahmina Ibrahimova, Fidan Ibrahimova, Aydan Malikova and Leyla Ahmadova. It should be noted that this was our young gymnasts’ first appearance at the World Championships.

In the Group, our team, consisting of Ayan Aghayeva, Tahmina Ibrahimova, Aydan Malikova, Fidan Ibrahimova and Leyla Ahmadova, scored 17.000 points and finished in 9th place.

In the Trio, Aydan Malikova, Fidan Ibrahimova and Leyla Ahmadova scored 16.950 points and finished in 23rd place.

In the Men’s Individual, Farid Jafarov scored 15.350 points and finished the competition in 30th place.

In the Women’s Individual, Ayan Aghayeva finished in 42nd place with 16.750 points, while Amina Mustafayeva placed 75th with 15.850 points.
