An international artistic gymnastics tournament called the “Pharaoh’s Cup” was held in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, from September 18 to 21. Members of our national men's artistic gymnastics team – Aydin Alizada and Rasul Ahmadzada – took part in the competition.

Competing in the senior age category, Rasul Ahmadzada won a silver medal in floor exercises with a score of 13.033 and in pommel horse with a score of 13.366. He also won a bronze medal in vault with a score of 12.733.

In the junior age category, Aydin Alizada earned a silver medal in floor exercises with a score of 12.533.
