Starting from tomorrow, 15-minute gymnastics morning exercises will be launched on AGF Instagram page. The trainings of this kind will be presented at 11:00 every day, except weekends.
The exercises will be demonstrated by senior gymnasts and coaches of the National Teams in gymnastics disciplines, physiotherapists and physical training specialists.
These exercises, which are effective for everyone – from small children to elderly people - will help you to be active all day long.
