On May 25-28, there was held the Artistic Gymnastics World Challenge Cup series in Varna (Bulgaria).  Members of the Azerbaijani National Team in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics - Nazanin Teymurova & Samira Gahramanova - represented our country at the competition. Our junior athlete - Nazanin Teymurova, who started performing among seniors since last year, entered the top 8 at this competition and qualified for the Finals on Balance Beam & Vault. At the decisive stage, our athlete, receiving 12,800 points from the judges, was very close to the medal. So, our gymnast ranked 4th in the end. Nazanin was 6th (11,433) on Balance Beam.
