Azeri gymnast Aliya Garayeva took the 2nd place in the final with the ball and got the silver medal. Team consisting of Aliya Garayeva, Anna Gurbanova, Zeynab Javadli and Samira Mustafayeva took the 3rd place in team competition at the rhythmic gymnastics world championships taking place in Mie, Japan. The gymnasts gained 282.525 points and became bronze medalists! So, they repeated the result of last world championships of 2007, where they also took 3rd place. In this tournament Russian team has become world champions, second place is of Belarus.
