The first FIG Acrobatic Gymnastics World Cup of the 2023 season was held in Maia (Portugal). The competition organized with the participation of a number of well-known & elite athletes was also successful for Azerbaijan. Thus, our gymnasts competing within Mixed Pair - Aghasif Rahimov & Raziya Seyidli, representing our country at this competition, mounted the 1st step of the podium in Combined Exercises.
Our representatives, being Silver medalists of the European Championships won the year’s first medal in Acrobatic Gymnastics.
