The Congress of the European Union of Gymnastics (UEG) has come to the end in Tel-Aviv. According to the press service of Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation, at the forum, Azerbaijan was represented by the Secretary General, Farid Gayibov. Elections to all the governing bodies of the UEG were held within the framework of the Congress. A Frenchman Georges Guelzec, who was the vice-president in the course of six years, had become the head of the organization. Malin Eggertz Forsmark (Sweden), Ruedi Hediger (Switzerland) and Paul Garber (Great Britain) will assist Mr. Guelzec as the vice-presidents.
A new composition of the UEG Executive Committee were elected as well. And all 8 presidents of the Technical Committee were reelected.
