Thus, another competition, where the new talents of the country were determined, has come to an end. The 8th Inter-regional Cup in Rhythmic Gymnastics was held at Gabala Olympic Sports Complex. A total of 66 gymnasts from different regions of Azerbaijan took part in there. Athletes tried their strength in the Age Categories of Youngsters, Pre-juniors & Juniors. Despite the age difference, they had one thing in common: aim that success, excellent preparation & precise execution of their programs. Of course, the role of parents & coaches, who inspire them to their goals, should be especially emphasized. Soon our new shining stars will grow up, many of them will dazzle on the international arena & will represent Azerbaijan in the events against strong rivals from different countries of the world. After the Award Ceremony, the participants shared their emotions, talked about their experiences & mentioned the importance of holding such tournaments. According to them, such large-scale events organized across the country, besides creating rivalry leading to the progress, also facilitates the establishment of friendly relations between the representatives of different regions. It should be mentioned that statistical data on the number of participants show that interest in Gymnastics is growing in the regions of the country.
