As it was reported, Baku will turn into one of the central cities of gymnastics events in 2019. Thus, this year the organizations of 3 World Cups, 2 European Championships and finally, 1 World Championships in gymnastics disciplines have been entrusted to Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation.

The main feature of the Trampoline (February 16 & 17) and Artistic Gymnastics (March 14-17) World Cups, as well as the World Championships in Rhythmic Gymnastics (September 16-22) is that it qualifies for Tokyo-2020 Olympic Games.

By the way, the names of the strongest gymnasts to compete for the medals and qualification for the Games in the first World Cup of the year are already known. The nominative list of Artistic Gymnastics World Cup is expected to be announced in mid-February.

Moreover, the logo of the World Championships in Rhythmic Gymnastics has already been approved in the course of preparation stage for all the international tournaments.
