Triumph of our gymnasts in Europe

An annual Grand Prix and international tournament in rhythmic gymnastics ended in France this weekend.

Azerbaijani gymnast Marina Durunda, performing at the Grand Prix in Thiais, won three medals: "gold" for the exercise with clubs, "silver" (ribbon) and "bronze" for performance with a hoop. Senior group team has won another bronze medal following the results of the all-around.

In another French city of Calais, our gymnast Zhala Piriyeva won three silver medals in the all-around, with rope and clubs, and "gold" for the performance with hoop exercise, while another gymnast Ayshan Bayramova won silver medal (ball). Our gymnasts also won first place in the team events.

The same weekend, our pre-juniors brought a whole bunch of medals from the capital of Hungary, where international tournament "Tavaszi Kupa 2015" was held:

Fidan Yusifzada - four "gold" (ball, hoop, without apparatus and all-around)
Leila Damirova - three "gold" (hoop, all-around, without apparatus)
Daria Farshbafshahriyari - "bronze" (ball)
Fatima Akperova - two "gold" (all-around, hoop)
Ulker Huseynova - "gold" (ball) and "silver" (all-around)
Alina Tyurina - two "silver" (all-around, without apparatus) and "bronze" (ball)
Narmina Samedova - "silver" (ball), three "bronze" (without apparatus, all-around, rope)
Agalarzade Gullu - "silver" (ball)
Pre-junior group team - two "gold" (five hoops, 10 clubs).
